Proposals, deals and commissions in one seamless flow

ProposalsAccept / declineDealsCommission invoicesReceived

Your listing or plan catalogue drops straight onto the proposal. The client opens one link, accepts or declines with a reason. Accepted means closed: the deal is created with its checklist — site visit, token, agreement, registration, possession for property; proposal form, medicals, premium and policy for insurance — and the commission invoice is one click from there.

  • ✓ Commission calculator — deal value × rate %, with an optional co-broker split
  • ✓ Commission invoice or statement with your details and a WhatsApp share link, PDF included
  • ✓ Record UPI, bank, cash or cheque; the whole chain turns to received

Every deal starts with the right checklist for what you sell — site visit through possession for property, proposal form through policy bond for insurance. Tick items off as you go, and when it's done the client's own page shows everything you've done together: proposals, deals, commissions.

  • ✓ Listing locks once a deal is running — proposal, deal and commission invoice always agree
  • ✓ Share the client link by WhatsApp or email
  • ✓ Every proposal, deal and commission on the enquiry's own timeline

Who it's for

Built for two kinds of commission agent.

Same chain, the words fit what you actually sell — you choose which when you sign up, and change it any time in Settings.

Real estate agents & property dealers

Enquiry to site visit to token to registration to possession — with a commission calculator that turns the deal value and your rate into the invoice line, split with a co-broker if there is one. Listings carry the asking price; the deal checklist is the one your buyers and sellers actually go through.

LIC & insurance agents

Plans instead of a service catalogue, premium instead of a price. The deal checklist runs proposal form, medicals, first premium paid, policy issued, policy bond delivered — and the commission statement is raised against LIC or whichever insurer pays you.

How it works

Six stages. One defined process.

Enquiry → Proposal → Closed / Lost → Pipeline → Commission due → Commission in. Every stage follows from the one before it — nothing is set by hand.

1

Enquiry

A client enquires about a listing or a plan. It sits in New until a proposal goes out — with a site visit or meeting on the calendar.

2

Proposal

Build the proposal — an offer on a property, or a premium quote — and share the link. The enquiry moves to Proposed the moment it's sent.

3

Closed / Lost

The client accepts — Closed, deal created with its checklist. They decline with a reason — you revise and resend. Only you can mark an enquiry Lost.

4

Pipeline

Work the deal's checklist. Token, agreement, registration for property; medicals, premium, policy for insurance.

5

Commission due

Raise the commission invoice with the calculator — deal value × rate %, one click from the deal.

6

Commission in

Record it received. The enquiry, deal and commission invoice all read received, and Reports move.

FAQ

Plain answers.

Does my client need an account?

No. Your client gets a link — to the proposal, the deal to accept, the commission invoice, or their own dashboard showing everything you've done together. They open it, act, and close it. Nothing to install, nothing to pay through us.

How does an enquiry become Closed?

Only when the client accepts the proposal. There is no Closed button. The moment they accept, the enquiry is closed, the client is confirmed and the deal is created with its checklist. If they agree on a call instead, you create the deal from the proposal and Agentsitz records the acceptance for you.

What if the client declines?

They must give a reason. The proposal comes back to you marked declined with that reason — revise it and resend, or send it again as is. An enquiry only becomes Lost when you say so.

How does the commission calculator work?

Enter the deal value and your rate — Agentsitz works out the commission and fills the first line of the invoice. Add a co-broker split if you're sharing the deal, and it adjusts what you keep.

Is this for real estate or insurance?

Both. You pick "Property" or "Insurance" (or "Something else") when you sign up, and every word in the app follows — listings become plans, the deal checklist changes, the commission document is titled the way your industry expects. Change it any time in Settings.

Is there a contract or a trial that expires?

No trial, no contract. The Free plan is free for as long as you like. Paid is monthly, cancel any time from Billing; you keep everything until the period ends, then return to Free.
