Your email and name; the business details you enter (name, address, tax numbers, bank details you choose to print); the clients, enquiries, proposals, deals, commission invoices and amounts received you record; support tickets; and technical logs needed to run the service.
To run your workspace, print your documents, send the emails you trigger (a proposal or commission invoice to your client, a login code to you), bill you, and answer support. We do not sell data and we do not advertise.
You are the controller of your clients' details; we process them only to provide the service to you. We never contact your clients on our own.
Data is stored on servers in India and the EU with encrypted backups. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we store payment references, never card numbers.
Export or delete your data any time by writing to agentsitz@grandfieldmedia.com. Data of a closed workspace is deleted 90 days after closure.
