Agentsitz (agentsitz.com) is a web application by Grandfield Media Private Limited (“we”) that lets a commission agent (“you”) manage clients, enquiries, proposals, deals, commission invoices and amounts received, and share proposals, acceptance pages and commission invoices with clients by link.
You sign in with your email and a one-time code. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace and for the accuracy of the documents you issue from it. A workspace belongs to one person.
Your clients do not need an account and never pay us. Pages you share with them are reached by unguessable links; you are responsible for sharing those links only with the person they are meant for.
Proposals, commission invoices and receipts are yours. Agentsitz prints the company details, tax numbers and rates you enter; you are responsible for their correctness and for complying with tax law that applies to you. Issued commission invoices are never deleted from the system, only cancelled.
The Free plan is free without time limit, within its stated limits. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay and renew automatically until cancelled. The price shown is the price charged. See the Refund and Cancellation policies.
Use Agentsitz for your own lawful commission business. Do not issue documents you are not entitled to issue, impersonate others, or attempt to access another workspace.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
You may stop at any time. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms. Your data stays readable for 90 days after you stop, then is deleted.
